We have AGs for powerful and populous states who literally don’t understand the 1st Amendment, that is truly frightening. “Hate speech,” is not a category in U.S. law, nor should it be, as it’s vague and broad and could be used to justify broad censorship.
Hopefully the SCOTUS slaps this down hard.
