I'm a Harvard alum who is disgusted by this, but I don't think it's a coup. Bacow is just as bad as Gay and all the other wokesters who've stolen my University, and I hope you will keep digging.
I have been forwarding this to friends who went to Harvard. They will now have to qualify their credential with BG or AG. I can see it now. PhD BG. The absence will beg questions and allow for inferences.

It will take two generations to start the cure everywhere it's needed. A lost generation of little kids now who will be failed parents themselves--if any of them shall have preserved their fertility--but families that kept or cultivated a healthy skepticism of all rotten systems will perhaps start making regional good schools the choice of intelligent ambitious kids.
Taking my vitamins in the hope I can be around to see it. Doubtful, of course, but one never knows, do one?
They don't just ignore incompetence, corruption, and degeneracy, they actively promote it, and revel in their ability to do so...with the clear purpose of demoralizing those opposing their agenda.

I would hazard to guess based on her appearance that Gay checks two "Woke" boxes, i.e., she is Black and homosexual. Harvard deserves her leadership.
