Sucks being that smart and letting the genius goto waste. Just another victim of this modern of technology. An isolated loser with zero friends, culturally encouraged to sue anyone and everyone possible.. making him think it’s ok to be a scumbag and get money anyway possibly regardless of any ethics, finds and exploits loopholes in crypto.. becoming mega wealthy.... but the sad loser can’t be happy still. Mad at the world because he has no friends, love and still a virgin. So he goes on Twitter and brags to a bunch of people that don’t give a shit about him and are all waiting and hoping for his crash and burn. Moral of the story? Being a ugly virgin genius is very veryyyy bad lol
Big ups to Eisenberg for teaching people a valuable lesson - don't put your money in crypto, it will just get stolen by someone (or go to zero). In fact this is a win-win, he got rich and saved the Mango Markets people time since that money would've been stolen later anyways. And without breaking the law!
Sadly it turns out that the libertarian ideals of "let people do whatever they want" operate poorly in the real world where most people are stupid and make bad decisions (see: the entire crypto market), and so we have constructs like governments and judges to prevent rampant fleecing of these people, even if no law has technically been violated. Hopefully in the future they will take more aggressive measures to prevent this stuff from happening (say, outlawing all crypto and NFTs since they are all scams?)
